DATES: OCTOBER 21, 22, 2017

LOCATION: Capistrano Valley HS
DIVISIONS:VARSITY HS GIRLS & (OPEN HS GIRLS IF NEEDED)

GAMES: 7-minute quarters. 4 games minimum per team; no Friday games.

ENTRY FEE: $550 per team entered

NOTE:
Note: This event was created and is being operated in cooperation with the Foothill Fall Fling as they are limiting that event to 16 teams where two years ago it was more. As this is pretty close to the last chance HS girls can play as a club as a pre-season to their CIF scholastic season this event was started to allow for more teams to take advantage of this playing opportunity. Foothill Fall Fling is full at 16 teams. Enter above into the "varsity" division or the "open" division for lower levels if you wish. There will be a second flight to accommodate if needed.

USAWP/FINA Rules as stated and with exceptions:
The first team listed shall wear white caps and sit to the left of the score table from the vantage point of someone sitting at the score table.

Teams shall switch ends at halftime; the rules do not allow for switching ends each period.

ALL BREAKS, INCLUDING HALF-TIME SHALL BE 2 MINUTES IN DURATION.

Possession Clocks shall be set for 30 seconds.
The women's size ball will be used.

All games must have a winner, going directly to shootout after regulation if necessary.
Point System for bracket play:
4 points: Regulation win
3 points: Shootout win
2 points: Shootout loss
1 point : Regulation loss
0 points: Forfeit

RED CARDS: Any COACH receiving a red card shall be required to sit out the next game for that team in that division, AND ALL GAMES IN BETWEEN IN THE EVENT THAT COACH IS COACHING ANOTHER TEAM IN ANOTHER DIVISION.

RED CARDS: Any PLAYER receiving a red card shall be required to sit out the next game for that team in that division, AND ALL GAMES IN BETWEEN IN THE EVENT THAT PLAYER IS PLAYING IN ANOTHER DIVISION.

BRUTALITIES: Any PLAYER receiving a brutality shall be required to sit out the next game for that team in that division, AND ALL GAMES IN BETWEEN IN THE EVENT THAT PLAYER IS PLAYING IN ANOTHER DIVISION.
 

ENTRY FEES: $550 per team

ROSTERS: All rosters must be verified using the USA Water Polo roster verification online system. Log in to your USA Water Polo club admin account, then click on Rosters, then find the event in the non-national sanctioned events drop down.

You must also hand in a score sheet along with your verified roster prior to each of your games. You are able to print a score sheet from the USAWP roster verification system.
