MISSION:  The KAP7 international was formed to offer big-water, high quality competition. 
We have secured the top facilities in Orange County to be certain we can deliver the finest tournament experience.

DATE: February 3,4, 2024 

HOST: SET WATER POLO AND IRVINE YOUTH WATER POLO

PROFESSIONAL EVENT ADMIN & OPERATIONS:   IRVINE YOUTH WATER POLO CORPORATION (KAHUNA EVENTS)

DIVISIONS: High School Girls, 19U Boys, 16U Boys, 14U Boys, 14U girls, 12U Boys, 12U Girls, 10U Coed 5x5

AGE DETERMINATION: Age as of midnight August 1st, 2024

QUARTERS DURATION: 10U:5 min, 12/14U: 6 min, All other divisions: 7 Min

COURSE LENGTH: 19UB- 25 meter courses  16UBG- 25 meters. 14U/12U- 25 yards.

 10U Coed-  15 Meters-Inflatable Goals

ENTRY FEES: $1095 per team -All teams must enter online via the online entry system.(Note for 10U 5's - $995) After you have entered your teams you will be asked to pay via credit card. Please note you are not fully entered into the tournament until we have your payment. Should we reach our maximum # of teams prior to receiving your payment you will be dropped from the event. We highly recommend paying by credit card!

LOCATIONS: Orange County locations and surrounding venues

AWARDS: Team Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd by flight

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, January 19th, 2024

FINA/USAWP RULES: All games must have a result. Games ending in ties will go directly to shootout,. Exceptions: 1. No limit on Roster 2. Goalies may play in the field in support of development of players.
Point System for Brackets:
4 pts. - Outright Win
3 pts. - Shootout Win
2 pts. - Shootout Loss
1 pt. - Outright Loss
0 pts. - Forfeit

ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY: US Athletes must be current members of USAWP; Non-US athletes must be members in good standing with their NGB.

4) after that, when scheduling has begun, there shall be no more flight change requests that can be honored since scheduling has begun
5) draft schedules will be posted and coaches will have a period of time to advise back with suggestions, after which schedule will go live to the public
